(following “PARKNATUR”) with VAT identification No. B-93111177, registered in the Register of Companies for Touristic Services of the Ministry of Tourism and Sport as Company of Active Tourism with the No. AT/MA00104.
ON-LINE RESERVATIONS OF PROGRAMMED ROUTES AND ROUNDTRIPS
ON-LINE RESERVATION
When you book through the webpage PARKNATUR a route or travel with a determined and scheduled itinerary, realized on a particular date, you will be asked for all your personal data and the details of your credit card necessary to realize the reservation.
PAYMENT
The reservation is paid at the moment by credit card and through our web page.
In order to realize the payment, you will leave our web page, entering the secured page of our bank. The payment will be done through a direct and secure line directly with and by our bank.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO USE THE “CLOSE”-BUTTON IN THE PAGE (NOT THE USUAL AT THE RIGHT UPPER CORNER ON THE SCREEN) AFTER YOU MADE THE PAYMENT. OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT RETURN TO OUR WEBPAGE, THE RESERVATION WILL NOT BE REGISTERED IN OUR SYSTEM AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FOR YOUR RESERVATION.
IN CASE OF AN OVERBOOKING IN A ROUTE OR ROUND TRIP DUE TO THIS MISTAKE WE WILL REFUSE ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND WILL JUST RETURN YOU THE PAYED AMOUNT WITHOUT ACCEPTING ANY RIGHT OF COMPENSATION

Once you made the reservation and the payment (
correctly!!!), you will receive an automatic confirmation. The quantity of reserved seats will be blocked for any other request for the same date, reducing the amount of still available seats for the route or round trip in question correspondingly.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE FULL DAY EXCURSIONS
In case a participant has to cancel his reservation for a one day excursion, the paid amount will be refund according to the following standards:
- If the route is cancelled until 10 days before its date of realization, the paid amount will be returned entirely.
- If you cancel between 9 to 4 days before the excursion date we will return you 50% of the complete invoice amount.
- If you cancel within the last 4 days before the excursion date, you will be charged with 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
- In case you don’t turn up at the agreed time at the coordinated pick-up point (no-show) no refund will be paid.
- In all cases of payment devolutions, the bank fees shall be charged to the client.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ROUNDTRIPS OF WEEKENDS, BANKHOLIDAYS OR A FULL WEEK
In case a participant has to cancel his reservation for a weekend or bank holiday roundtrip or a circuit of one week, the paid amount will be refund according to the following standards:
- If the route is cancelled more than 30 days in advance, the full invoice amount will be returned.
- If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before departure date we will return you 50% of the paid amount.
- If the reservation is cancelled 14 or less days in advance, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case you don’t turn up at the agreed time and place on departure date (no-show) no refund will be paid. You will be charged 100% of the invoice amount.
- In all cases of payment devolutions, the bank fees shall be charged to the client.
RESERVATION OF TAILOR MADE TOURS AND ROUNDTRIPS
RESERVATIONS
Whether we are talking about small groups of maximum 13 persons or large groups with programmes adapted to roads and tourist coaches, the programme is always developed in collaboration with the client and in accordance to the interests of each group.
After an extensive correspondence we prepare a presentation of the desired programme and a closed budget, clearly defining all the services that the customer ultimately confirms, if he agrees. This final confirmation by the customer must be made IN WRITING.
Once at this point PARKNATUR will hire and confirm the services of all different providers which correspond to the programme we agreed upon with the client, sending an official pro-forma invoice to the latter.
PAYMENT
When the client accepts and confirms the itinerary and definite price, we ask for a bank transfer of 50% of the total amount of the pro-forma invoice. We will inform you about the bank details by e-mail, in order to allow you to realize the bank transfer. Please indicate the name on which the reservation was made, the name of the route or roundtrip as well as the departure and arrival date of the trip as reference.
The reservation is only and exclusively considered as confirmed, when the first payment of 50% of the pro-forma invoice was received in our bank account.
Therefore we kindly ask you to send us the confirmation form of the realized bank transfer by fax to the number 0034-952 38 75 66, as the services reserved with our providers will be cancelled again, once the 48 hours have passed without any notification of payment.
15 days before the departure date you will receive an e-mail, reminding you about the second payment of another 50%, which has to be paid until 10 days before the departure date as well per bank transfer. In case this second payment is not received until its due date, the reservation will not be maintained and the first payment of 50% will be understood as cancellation fee. Therefore we recommend sending us as well the confirmation form of the second payment by fax to the above mentioned fax number.
CANCELLATION POLICY OF A TAILOR MADE TRAVEL
In case a participant has to cancel his reservation for a tailor made tour or roundtrip of one week, the paid amount will be refund according to the following standards:
- If the route is cancelled more than 30 days in advance, the full invoice amount will be returned.
- If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before departure date we will return you 50% of the paid amount.
- If the reservation is cancelled 14 or less days in advance, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case you don’t turn up at the agreed time and place on departure date (no-show) no refund will be paid. You will be charged 100% of the invoice amount.
- In case you have to cancel your reservation during the last 30 days, we could study the possibilities and availability for a change of travel dates, in order not to lose the already effected payments.
- In all cases of payment devolutions, the bank fees shall be charged to the client.
RESERVATIONS THROUGH TRAVEL AGENCIES
The General Conditions of the Travel Agency/Tour Operator in question are applied.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR SERVICES
In general the realization of the routes or round trips is not subject to the meteorological conditions. Only and exclusively in case that the guides consider that the weather conditions could jeopardize the integrity of the participants they will decide about an alternative itinerary or the cancellation of the trip. If they opt for an alternative route, no refund will be made.
In case the guides decide on the departure date to postpone the trip due to weather condition or because of problems unrelated to the organization, they agree with the participants upon a new date, giving the client the option to realize the tour or round trip in the alternative dates or to cancel it by receiving a refund of 75% of the total costs of the travel.
ISSUANCE OF VOUCHERS
Once you reserved your route or round trip with PARKNATUR you will receive instantly and per e- mail a confirmation. It will be issued automatically by the informatics system of the webpage, if you reserved on-line through our web or manually by our employees in case of tailor made travels.
Please print the voucher/confirmation in order to hand it over to the guides who will attend the group during the trip at the moment of pick-up. This voucher is the proof that you effected the reservation.
PRICES
The prices indicated in the web page are actualized and include all elements, products, activities and visits described in the itineraries indicated in the webpage.
The prices of the budgets for tailor made trips are fixed prices and include only and exclusively the elements, products, activities and visits indicated in the final presentation of the programme.
If a participant leaves the tour for whatever reason prior to its official and contracted termination, no refund will be paid.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANTS
- For PARKNATUR the security of its clients is the most important aspect of its whole activity. All routes and roundtrips are organized and executed in a responsible manner, respecting the environment and assuring always prior to departure that the client has the necessary physical condition to participate.
The description of all routes and roundtrips with their respective activities was designed in the clearest possible and most detailed way in order to allow the client to deduce any hazards or problems that may arise from any type of disability, allergies or other limitations.
The participants will be required to notify PARKNATUR if they have any kind of illness, disability, allergy, etc. that could alter the normal development of the route, roundtrip or one of the activities included in them.
- All suppliers and providers subcontracted for the activities and services included in the routes and roundtrips are legalized. If required (according to the services they offer) they are as registered as Companies for Active Tourism in the official Register of Tourism Enterprises of the Ministry of Tourism & Sport. They all guarantee the legal insurance coverage for Liability and Accidents.
- Despite all the security and care, there is always a minimum risk and the possibility of suffering a fortuitous accident in the natural environment that is accepted by the client, who chose freely and voluntarily to participate in the route or roundtrip.
- The participants are subject to the instructions of the guides who accompany the group, being those responsible for the development of the activities.
- In case that one or more participants willingly choose to ignore the instructions and directions of the guides, go out or realize activities or any other actions on their own and far from the programmed itinerary contracted with PARKNATUR, neither the guides nor PARKNATUR shall be liable for any damages they may suffer.
- Any behavior, which might be dangerous, and/or does not respect the indications of the guides and monitors and which could cause danger to the participant and/or the rest of the group will be penalized up to the exclusion from the activity, the route or the journey, without accepting any claim for this cause. Any damage caused by this type conduct to the equipment of PARKNATUR, its employees, its partners or their properties as well as to other members of the participating group must be compensated by the perpetrator. PARKNATUR will not accept any responsibility or liability.
- The participants should wear appropriate clothing for sportive activities in natural environment, which will be understood as sportive clothes, comfortable and closed footwear, warm and waterproof clothing, sun protection, etc., depending on the season.
- Minors should always be accompanied by one of their parents or a legal tutor, exempting PARKNATUR of being held responsible for them.
- PARKNATUR cannot be held liable for any damage or deterioration caused by misuse, neglect or omission of instructions in the facilities, installations or spaces used for the realization of the activities included in the routes or roundtrips.
OPTIONAL
This indication in the itinerary or programme refers to activities, visits or services, which are neither included in the price of the travel nor form part of the contracted programme. They can be realized individually or as group – depending on the case – against an additional fee, which each participant pays at the moment and on the spot.
INSURANCES
All our Routes and roundtrips are covered by a liability insurance contracted with GABLE INSURANCE AG for a total amount of 602,000.00€ per year.
On top of that exists an additional coverage by an insurance against accidents for the realization of the activities/work-shops/ visits for: accidental death, permanent and total disability caused by an accident as well as health care, rescue and transfer after an accident with amounts calculated per person between 3,000.00 – 6,000.00 €
ACTIONS IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES
In case any of the participants suffers some kind of illness or accident, which cannot be attributed to the organization and which needs urgent medical attention, the participant explicitly authorizes the guide of the group to sign him in the most suitable medical center or to put him in hands of medical professionals. The charges will run on the clients expenses.
IRREGULARITIES OR DEFICIENCIES
Any irregularity or deficiency that you may experience during the routes or roundtrips in the accommodations or services received, must be reported directly and always during the trip to the guide, who accompanies the group in order to be able to solve them as soon as possible. Any claims made after the termination of the route or round trip, cannot be attended as they miss the most elementary criteria of veracity.
Excluded of this compromise are any irregularities or deficiencies caused by force majeure, i.e. not normal and unpredictable circumstances beyond our influence, the consequences of which could not have been avoided despite of all possible caution – or reasons and eventualities which cannot be attributed to any negligence of PARKNATUR, but do not allow us to offer you the reserved services, although we acted with all the necessary care and prevision.
In case we are not able to offer you any service after you reserved it and always before the realization of the service, the client has the right to choose between the substitution of the service by another one of similar or superior characteristics and quality or the refund of the amount already paid for the service in question. He has to inform us in the following 48 hours upon the receipt of the communication from our side about his choice. It is not possible to ask for an indemnification if we cannot provide the contracted service due to force majeure or in case the client has opted for the substitution of the service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The company PARKNATUR commits to execute the programme of routes and roundtrips shown in its webpage at the indicated dates, which are always subject to the minimum quantity of registered persons.
PARKNATUR also commits itself to provide all services within the legal framework of Spanish legislation regarding Tourism and Active Tourism.
The photos of activities, work-shops, hotels, restaurants, etc. shown on the webpage “PARKNATUR” were taken or have been handed over to us by the external providers and are included in the webpage as mere additional information. Therefore the webpage is not responsible if the client doesn’t find and experience exactly the same situations and conditions during his activity.
On the webpage “PARKNATUR” you can get through links to other webpages of which the operators of the webpage “PARKNATUR” have no control and of which content we are not responsible.
JURISDICTION
The client and user of the webpage “PARKNATUR” declares to be of major age and to have the legal capacity necessary to contract the services offered in the webpage or agreed upon with the company in a thorough and extended correspondence to develop the routes or roundtrips. He also accepts all here explained General Conditions for the reservation of the different services.
The fact of booking through the website “PARKNATUR” implies the knowledge and explicit acceptance of the General Conditions here described.
Likewise, the fact of participating in any trip or route offered by PARKNATUR implies full acceptance by the participant of the totality of the General Conditions, which have the quality of contract.
In case a participant register or reserve for several persons or a group, he is obliged to inform them all about the General Conditions set forth herein.
Any disagreement in the interpretation of these General Conditions set out in the website “PARKNATUR”
